GENERAL PROVISIONS:

 

  1. The buyer who places an order electronically on our website is deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to him/her.

 

  1. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

 

  1. Product shipping costs and shipping fees are covered by the buyer.

 

  1. The purchased product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days at the latest. If delivery is not made within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

 

  1. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified at the time of order, and with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

 

  1. the seller becomes unable to sell the product , he/she must notify the buyer in writing as soon as he/she learns of this situation. The seller must refund the price of the product to the buyer within 14 days from the date of notification.

 

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

 

  1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

 

  1. After the product is delivered, if it is detected that the buyer's credit card has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Shipping costs belong to the seller.

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

 

  1. If the seller cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days. The refund period may be extended according to the bank's processing time, depending on the payment method.

 

CHECK THE PRODUCT:

 

  1. The buyer must inspect the product before receiving it; damaged, missing or defective products must not be accepted. Products received are considered undamaged and intact. The buyer must protect the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must be unused. The invoice must be returned with the product .

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

 

  1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The use of the right of withdrawal must be notified to the seller via the contact information below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

 

  1. The right of withdrawal period for service purchases starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that were started with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal period expires.

 

  1. In the exercise of the right of withdrawal, shipping costs of 30 decimal places and below are the responsibility of the seller, and shipping costs of 30 decimal places and above are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

  1. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 14 days and return the product using the contracted cargo return code given to him . The product must be unused and must not be on the list of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

 

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

 

  1. The buyer must return the product, its invoice and return form (if any) to the seller, complete and undamaged. In corporate return transactions, a return invoice is required.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

 

  1. The seller is obliged to return the product price and the documents that put the buyer in debt within 10 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, and to take back the goods within 20 days.

 

  1. If the value of the goods decreases or return is impossible due to a reason caused by the buyer's fault, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for the damages. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes that occur if the product is used in accordance with the procedure during the right of withdrawal period.

 

  1. If the campaign limit amount falls below the amount as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.

 

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

 

  1. Products prepared in line with the special requests or personal needs of the buyer, products that are not suitable for return, products that deteriorate quickly or have expired, health and hygiene products whose packaging has been opened, products that cannot be returned due to their nature, publications within the scope of subscription contracts, services performed electronically, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, computer consumables, products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised regarding services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

 

  1. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged and unused.

 

EVENT OF DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

 

  1. If the buyer makes the payment transactions by credit card and falls into default, he/she accepts that he/she is liable to pay interest and to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action and request the expenses and attorney fees from the buyer. The buyer is liable to pay the damages incurred by the seller due to the delayed payment of the debt.
