By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts that he/she will be obliged to pay the order price and any additional charges such as shipping costs and taxes, if any, if he/she approves the order that is the subject of the contract, and that he/she has been informed about this.

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
7.1. The basic features of the Goods/Products/Services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. If a campaign is organized by the Seller, you can examine the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period.
7.2. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed.
7.3. Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
7.4. The shipping fee, which is the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the BUYER.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. BUYER accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics of the contractual product, its sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website.
9.2. Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
9.3. SELLER agrees to deliver the product subject to the Agreement completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
9.4. In case of problems in product supply or inability to supply the product, the SELLER may cancel the order within 7 business days or supply a different product by informing the BUYER and obtaining his/her explicit approval.
9.5. If the fulfillment of the product or service subject to the contract becomes impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER in writing and refund the total price within 14 days.
9.6. BUYER accepts that if the product price is not paid or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER's delivery obligation will end.
9.7. If the delivered product's credit card is used by unauthorized persons, the BUYER shall return the product within 3 days.
9.8. SELLER will notify BUYER if the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure. BUYER reserves the right to cancel the order.
9.9. SELLER has the right to reach BUYER through contact information. BUYER accepts these communication activities.
9.10. BUYER will inspect the product before taking delivery and will not accept damaged products.
9.11. If the credit card holder does not give approval, the payment for the product will not be made and delivery will not be made.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
10.2. The period of right of withdrawal starts from the date of receipt of the product by the BUYER or a third party indicated by him.
10.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must submit a written application to the SELLER within 14 days and the product must be returned unused and unpackaged.
10.4. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall refund the amount paid to the BUYER within 14 days. The refund shall be made in the same payment method with which the BUYER paid the product price.
11. PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
11.1. SELLER accepts the product only if the packaging is unopened, unused and the invoice is returned.
11.2. Product exchange or return is possible if the BUYER applies to the SELLER within 14 days following the delivery of the product.
11.3. The shipping cost of the returned product belongs to the BUYER.
12. COMPETENT COURT
Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise in the implementation of this Agreement.
13. ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement shall enter into force upon BUYER's approval of the order and shall become valid upon the order confirmation given on BUYER's website.
14. PROVISIONS IN EFFECT
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the other provisions remain valid.
The Parties accept and approve this Agreement on the terms and conditions set out above.
